Whispering Hollow

Whispering Hollow is located southwest of Austin and west of Buda. It actually has two sections, one called Whispering Hollow and another called the Estates of Whispering Hollow, both of which are still being developed. Home sales began in 2005, and is expected to continue through 2010.

Home buyers can find both new homes by Standard Pacific and Ryland Homes and resale homes available for purchase in Whispering Hollow. The 32 single- and two-story homes listed in the Austin MLS and sold in 2008 ranged in size from 1,603 to 3,559 sq. ft. and in price from $175,900-$299,727. The neighborhood features a very nice amenity center with a large swimming pool for it residents.
